About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach customers to offer assistance and provide personalized recommendations
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Add value to our customers' lives by leveraging our products and services to meet their needs
  • Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty
  • Curate specific product collections for each customer, showcasing our expertise and knowledge
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Seek information regarding new products, promotions, and programs to stay up-to-date on our offerings
  • Contribute to an environment where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority, actively participating in ensuring the health and safety of each other and our customers
  • Take accountability to respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Hold self and others accountable, promoting a culture of ownership and responsibility
  • Own self-development, seeking opportunities for growth and continuous feedback to colleagues and leadership
  • Share ideas with leadership on how to improve the employee and customer experience, driving innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail service role
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule of at least 3 days per week, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, late nights, and early mornings (if required for the role)
