KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inventory checks, restock items, handle product returns, organize merchandise, and manage incoming shipments.
  • Apply merchandising guidelines to create an inviting and engaging store layout.
  • Establish a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
  • Enhance customer experiences by adding joy to their visits.
  • Utilize our products to share meaningful stories.
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor to build connections.
  • Curate tailored product selections for each customer interaction.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in specialty retail, retail operations, or visual merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with all aspects of the store.
  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
