Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing store conditions, including flexible scheduling and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, late nights, and early mornings, as required.
