Job Title: Integrity Risk Specialist

Join the World Bank Group as an Integrity Risk Specialist and contribute to the organization's mission to alleviate poverty and achieve a shared and sustainable prosperity in client countries.

About the Role:

The Integrity Risk Specialist will work closely with the Preventive Services Unit (PSU) to identify and mitigate integrity risks in World Bank operations. This includes reviewing the operations pipeline to identify potential overlaps between proposed operations and recent or ongoing Integrity Vice Presidency (INT) cases, and providing risk mitigation advice to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the operations pipeline with PSU Regional Focal Points to identify potential integrity risks
  • Provide risk mitigation advice to project teams
  • Support the PSU Team Lead in coordinating and consolidating materials for Regional and other briefing requirements
  • Help consolidate PSU advice on operational approaches to mitigate identified risks
  • Provide ad hoc support to field- and HQ-based PSU staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a field closely related to international development
  • At least 5 years of experience in international development projects and programs or anticorruption in international development projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Fluency in both oral and written English is mandatory
