Job Title: Senior Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team at T-Rex Solutions. As a key member of our Integration program, you will play a critical role in designing and integrating the technology infrastructure for the 2030 Decennial Census.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate mobile device solutions, field IT infrastructure, and identity management systems to support nationwide data collection
  • Develop and implement an integrated operations center and help desk system to manage and monitor census operations in real-time
  • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessments to ensure all systems meet operational requirements
  • Plan and execute rigorous testing to validate solution interoperability, scalability, and performance under realistic operational conditions
  • Collaborate closely with Census Bureau teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational needs

Requirements:

  • Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional need for in-person meetings in the DC, MD, and VA area and potential for short term travel to program sites
  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which involves a background investigation to determine suitability for access to sensitive data
  • BA/BS with 5+ years experience leading projects in one of the skill areas above
  • Ability to use creative problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
