Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at iKrusher. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, and other sales channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry is a plus
Compensation:
  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000
  • Commission earned on every invoice and is uncapped
  • Weekly sales incentives
  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 60 days
  • Paid vacation after 3 months of employment
