Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans to small to large businesses, including property managers, school systems, sports facilities, government facilities, restaurants, and banks.
- Present proposals for lawn care services and programs, and obtain long-term contracts.
- Generate new business-to-business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
- Negotiate price and design using company-provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
- Generate leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.
- Project management duties within the branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
- PREFERRED: Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, industry or internal company-related experience.
- PREFERRED: Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- LANDSCAPING, LAWN CARE, TREE AND SHRUB OR PEST EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
- BUSINESS INSIGHT - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
- COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
