TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales goals and execute sales plans to small to large businesses, including property managers, school systems, sports facilities, government facilities, restaurants, and banks.
  • Present proposals for lawn care services and programs, and obtain long-term contracts.
  • Generate new business-to-business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers.
  • Negotiate price and design using company-provided guidelines and technology/CRM.
  • Generate leads through utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports, etc.
  • Project management duties within the branch, including coordinating with local branch management and service team.
Requirements:
  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
  • PREFERRED: Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, industry or internal company-related experience.
  • PREFERRED: Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • LANDSCAPING, LAWN CARE, TREE AND SHRUB OR PEST EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
