Construction Management Expert

At Lynch Mykins, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
