Job Description

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing conceptual, bidding, and final project schedules from preliminary and ongoing project information.
  • Attending job site meetings and working with stakeholders to develop the project schedule.
  • Building and maintaining a database of activity groups with as-built information for future use and reference.
  • Preparing Time Impact Analysis for identified risks to schedule and budget.

You will also provide support and guidance to ensure the baseline schedule submission is timely, complete, accurate, and in compliance with standard company procedures and the contract.
