Project Scheduler Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Flatiron Construction. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for developing and managing multiple schedules for medium to large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage conceptual (RFP), bidding (preconstruction) and final project schedules from preliminary and ongoing project information.
- Attend job site meetings, work with stakeholders, and contact/visit job sites to develop the project schedule.
- Build and maintain a database of activity groups with as-built information for future use and reference.
- Prepare Time Impact Analysis for identified risks to schedule and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction scheduler experience.
- Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others.
