Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at PSN Affiliates. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Phone and Email Support: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to callers and emailers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including preparing correspondence and documents, controlling inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients and visitors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
