Overview:

The Senior Front Desk Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that exceptional service is consistently delivered to a diverse range of individuals, including guests, prospective visitors, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Manage and adjust staff schedules to align with business demands.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as daily reporting, managing accounts receivables, and overseeing lost and found items.
  • Train front desk staff in guest service protocols and technical responsibilities.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures related to guest information and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is necessary, with supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 20 pounds.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic office software and a strong sense of judgment are required.
