Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with our trade partners, consumers, and internal teams through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email, providing exceptional service for our clients.

Compensation:
$14.50 per hour (fixed rate, not negotiable).

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM, with no weekend shifts and six observed holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, utilizing multiple systems to resolve consumer inquiries and document interactions.
  • Assist consumers in troubleshooting issues, placing orders, and scheduling services while ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage escalated interactions by applying soft skills and taking ownership of issues.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and time management through our internal systems.
  • Earn commissions through the sale of extended service plans and accessories.
  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities while navigating various technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
