Senior Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all staff members, including managing facilities, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, registering visitors and providing high-end hospitality.
  • Liaise with building security and ensure visitors have access to the building.
  • Coordinate the operation of office systems, including telephone, copy machine, and meeting room reservations.
  • Assist with resolving IT issues and be the single point of contact for office personnel and Commercial Management regarding office and premises issues.
