Job Title: Senior Research Coordinator

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is a leading institution in medical education and research. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Coordinator to join our team.

The Senior Research Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials and research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support to the research team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical trials and research studies, including recruitment, enrollment, and data collection
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IRB and FDA regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution
  • Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as research administration, public health, or a life science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in research coordination, preferably in a clinical trials setting
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including IRB and FDA regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
