Role Overview
The Partner Integration Manager is responsible for executing and managing integration strategies that align with our strategic Fiber objectives and timelines. This role involves fostering collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners to enhance communication and cooperation throughout the integration journey. The manager will focus on optimizing the customer experience and devising strategies to mitigate potential risks. Regular interaction with senior leadership to provide updates on timelines and key accomplishments is a critical aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and activate multiple strategic partnerships post-contract, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with partners, addressing business challenges and advocating for strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate across various departments, including product, retail, care, marketing, sales, legal, and finance, to coordinate and direct project milestones.
  • Represent T-Mobile in external meetings with representatives from partner organizations.
  • Develop tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to standardize operations and enhance team efficiency, while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate alliances or partnership management.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on direct communication and presentation.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful long-term marketing partnerships.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
  • Demonstrated history of high achievement.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base pay range for this role is $79,900 - $144,200, with a corporate bonus target of 15%. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience.
