Employee Communications Manager

At T-Mobile, we're seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to drive key communications initiatives related to the employee experience. This role will focus on developing and delivering communications highlighting our robust Total Rewards package.
The ideal candidate will lead communications for initiatives including compensation, employee stock grants, and other benefits programs. They will quarterback communications development, act as a communications subject matter expert, set strategy and narrative for Team Magenta, and partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement internal communications strategy and content.
We're looking for someone who can bring new ideas and a passion for employee experience, someone who can dig in and drive action quickly, someone who is collaborative and creative, a critical problem solver, knows how to get others on board, and rolls up their sleeves to get the job done.
This person will be a key contributor to initiatives that bring T-Mobile's vibrant culture to life - rooted in our values and enabling employees to grow their careers here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and planning for our Total Rewards communications
- Plan and complete communication campaigns
- Act as primary comms support for other Total Rewards programs and change management initiatives
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the communications
- Partner with HR, finance, legal and design teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of key messages
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications and/or developing & driving complex communication plans in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience advising senior-level leadership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills
- Understanding of how internal communications efforts impact the business
