  • Provide timely and accurate responses to agent and customer inquiries

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
  • 1 year of experience working with an insurance agency or 1 year of previous trucking agent experience
  • P&C license preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications and escalate as needed
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
