Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Professionals to join our team. As a Sales Professional at Peoria Ford, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final sale. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions.
  • Presentation and demonstration of a wide range of vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Maintenance of an in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Negotiation of pricing and terms in a transparent and professional manner.
  • Processing of sales documentation accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
  • Provision of exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achievement of individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
