Position Title: Shift Manager
Role Summary:
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the team to deliver exceptional service by ensuring operational excellence and fostering a strong understanding of the Chick-fil-A culture among team members. This position encompasses various leadership responsibilities essential for the smooth running of daily operations. Starting Wage: $16 Per Hour.

- Management Duties: Based on daily assignments
- Oversee cash handling and record financial transactions.
- Continuously monitor food safety protocols.
- Conduct daily evaluations of food safety and quality standards.
- Ensure proper usage, cleaning, and storage of all tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and hold the team accountable for compliance.
- Commit to regular opening or closing shifts.
