Operational Services Supervisor

As an Operational Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical sites, providing management support and supervising staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining systems to ensure patient service and clinical flow, assisting with budget development and management, and providing guidance and training to staff.
This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to function at an independent level with a significant patient impact.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate discipline and 3-5 years of medical practice experience, with at least 1 year as a functional lead or providing direction and training to lower-level staff.
