Clinical Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Coordinator to supervise the clinical operations of all nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume administrative responsibilities for the Center in the absence of executive administrative personnel.
- Supervise clinical operations of all nursing floors.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements:
- Active MA RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as charge nurse, supervisor, or staffing.
- Flexibility to work at both our Roslindale and Dedham sites.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification preferred.
