Job Summary:

As a Parking Operations Supervisor at SP+ Corporation, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
* Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations
* Assist with management duties as assigned
* Courteously assist customers

Requirements:

* Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Oral Communication - Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions
* Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information
* Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude. Responds to requests for service and assistance
* Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events
* Judgment - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment

Physical Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects and to talk
* The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
