Culinary Operations Supervisor - Evening Shift

Become a vital part of our organization as a Culinary Operations Supervisor during the evening hours. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team within the Room Service division, committed to providing top-notch meals and outstanding service to patients, visitors, and staff members. Your responsibilities will include managing team members to guarantee that all meals are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Room Service Team to ensure timely delivery of patient meal trays
  • Supervise Guest Service Representatives, Dish Room Staff, Call Center Agents, and Culinary Staff
  • Inspire team members to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Verify the accuracy of patient meal requests
  • Utilize hospital computer systems to address dietary requirements
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and uphold cleanliness standards
  • Process cash transactions in accordance with established policies
  • Engage in training and performance assessments of employees
  • Implement sanitation and safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of high school education with relevant experience in food service or customer relations
  • Understanding of therapeutic dietary orders
  • Familiarity with food service regulations and standards
  • Proficient computer skills and basic arithmetic knowledge
