Job Summary:

As an Operations Supervisor at Boston Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and financial staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Directly supervise professional and clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Serve as the administrative liaison for assigned departments, providing expertise and assistance as required.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues, working closely with department managers and staff to find solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in a similar office setting, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Leadership ability to guide, direct, and mentor staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
