About the Role

This position is responsible for the development of new and existing business for all lines of business within the Cyber & Professional Lines Group at Tokio Marine HCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with executives to determine business objectives and evaluate current performance.
  • Manage broker/agent relationships and meet key performance indicators.
  • Foster additional business opportunities through business travel, virtual meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Help build long-term relationships between underwriters and broker partners.
  • Conduct broker and agent training using webinars and other web conferencing utilities.
  • Track, report, and maintain database of current and prospective contacts, marketing campaigns, opportunities, and outreach activities.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials for new, warm, or cold prospects.
Requirements
  • 4 years bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant and progressive insurance industry business development experience, with a wholesale and/or retail existing book of business preferred.
