Director, Business Development- CPLG

This position is responsible for the development of new and existing business for all lines of business within the Cyber & Professional Lines Group at Tokio Marine HCC.
Key Responsibilities- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with executives to determine business objectives and evaluate current performance.
- Manage broker/agent relationships and meet key performance indicators.
- Foster additional business opportunities through business travel, virtual meetings, and industry events.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Help build long-term relationships between underwriters and broker partners.
- Conduct broker and agent training using webinars and other web conferencing utilities.
- Track, report, and maintain database of current and prospective contacts, marketing campaigns, opportunities, and outreach activities.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials for new, warm, or cold prospects.
- 4 years bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant and progressive insurance industry business development experience, with a wholesale and/or retail existing book of business preferred.
