Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Amberwell Health. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

About the Role

This is a part-time PRN position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our nursing units
  • Ensuring accurate and timely registration of patients
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct area
  • Responding to incoming phone calls and messages
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
What We Offer
