Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health Information Coordinator to join our team at Amberwell Health. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ordering and stocking departmental supplies, and answering incoming telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with Amberwell Health policies and procedures.
  • Order and stock departmental supplies, including clerical and medical supplies.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Take specimens to the lab as requested and obtain charts, x-rays, and supplies as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a registration or admissions role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000, based on industry standards and location.
