Behavioral Healthcare Specialist

Kanza Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention services in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and transition planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Licensure as a QMHP in Kansas or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.
