Outpatient Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Outpatient Mental Health Professional to join our team at Kanza Mental Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing expert mental health services and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that address the complex needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination and transition planning.
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy, counseling, and crisis intervention services that promote client well-being and resilience.
- Engage in ongoing documentation and record-keeping to track client progress and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Licensure as a QMHP in Kansas or eligible for licensure.
- Experience working with diverse populations and strong clinical skills.
