Mechanical Assembly Technician

The Mechanical Assembly Technician role offers both full-time and flexible part-time opportunities.

Flexible Scheduling:
Choose any three days per week or opt for a traditional schedule:
- Day Shift: M-Th, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Swing Shift: M-Th, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am
- Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun, 5:00 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation:
Starting at $20.00 per hour, with the potential for a monthly bonus based on company-wide sales performance (for full-time employees). Additional shift differentials are provided for swing and weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year experience in mechanical assembly, particularly with sheet metal
- Experience with low-level electrical assembly and testing is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble various hardware components including Pem studs, stand-offs, weld studs, clinch nuts, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, and dowel pins.
- Utilize Haegar installation machinery for sheet metal component assembly.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary.
