Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Overview

+ Engage in the fundamental assembly of mechanical parts and electrical connections that facilitate extensive system constructions for hydraulic systems.

+ Interpret and adhere to basic schematics, guidelines, diagrams, engineering blueprints, specifications, bills of materials, and other written directives or procedures to accurately construct equipment and products.

+ Set up and operate manufacturing machinery in compliance with established good manufacturing practices and standard operating protocols.

+ Strategically plan and organize tasks to fulfill production and scheduling objectives.

+ Employ handheld tools such as wrenches, screws, and drill guns effectively.

+ Modify and/or rectify assembled equipment and products in accordance with engineering specification adjustments.

Compensation:

+ $22-$25/HR

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in the assembly of system components for both mechanical and electrical aspects of hydraulic systems.

Work Environment

+ This position is entirely on-site.

Work Atmosphere

+ This role supports engineering and prototyping functions as well as final assembly and testing for hydraulic systems prior to final approval. The workspace is a clean machine shop with new, organized tools, and a motivated team that values collaboration and mutual improvement. The company maintains a stable environment and has a history of no layoffs.
