Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing car service, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure our fleet of vehicles is in top condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake checks, and fluid level checks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and document all services performed.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and safe, and adhere to uniform and equipment standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop, servicing current model vehicles, is required.
  • Four or more current and valid ASE certifications, or OEM training/certifications, are required.
  • Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
  • Hire with manufacturer training, with agreement to obtain 4 ASE certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license.
  • PA State Inspection license (preferred, but required within the first 90 days of employment).
  • PA State Emissions license (preferred, but required within the first 90 days of employment).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your needs, including:

  • Any 3 weekdays, 3:00pm-11:00pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with a weekend pay differential of $5/hour.
  • Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with an overnight pay differential of $5/hour.
