POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. ASE certification, inspection licenses, and advanced training are highly valued. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute tasks as specified on repair orders with efficiency and precision, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs as authorized.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to acquire necessary components.
  • Inform Service Advisors of required repairs to obtain necessary approvals
  • Engage in and complete training as directed by management and manufacturers
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles to confirm that repairs have resolved customer concerns
  • Implement safety and cleanliness protocols, ensuring spills are addressed promptly.
