- Quality Control: Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to guarantee that repairs and services meet or surpass industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular evaluations and follow-up inspections to address any issues swiftly.
- Cost Oversight: Track and manage expenses related to labor, parts, and overhead. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in automotive service management, with a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance practices.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the capability to inspire and guide employees towards achieving performance objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
- Proficiency in automotive service software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
