At CommonSpirit Health at Home, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we deliver care to our patients. As a Client Relations Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining and expanding our market share, while cultivating new sources of business to fuel our branch's success. You'll work closely with our Director of Business Development, Regional Vice President, and branch Director of Operations to craft and execute specific strategies and tactics.
Key responsibilities will include meeting or surpassing established monthly admission targets, identifying and qualifying key healthcare relationships within the regional territory, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
You'll be the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution, ensuring that our customer relationships thrive. Your ability to build strong ties and deliver customer satisfaction will be second nature to you, as you develop and maintain accurate data on customer relationships within RSL.
With passion and ingenuity, you'll design and implement a yearly business plan for the region, propelling us past established budgets and goals.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
* One year of related sales experience, preferably in a health care or medical field
* Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and territory management systems
* Excellent time management, organizational, administrative and presentation skills
* The ability to work independently and interdependently, to interact with all levels of staff and management, set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively and use good judgment
* Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse customers and staff
* Ability to travel, valid driver's license, auto liability insurance coverage
