Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Helper to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will assist Machine Operators in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, with a focus on quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the safe operation of production equipment to produce high-quality products by making adjustments to gauges that control speed, temperature, and pressure.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Produce orders on time to meet customer needs and production requirements.
  • Perform product labeling, packing, wrapping, and supplying the production line as needed.
  • Assist with quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Comply with company standards for housekeeping and 6S on machines and surrounding areas.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
  • High awareness of safety protocols.
  • Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate/college-level courses or trade school preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and other related equipment.
  • Extrusion experience.
