About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Helper to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Machine Operators in the safe operation of production equipment, focusing on quality and productivity.
  • Perform quality inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with product labeling, packing, and wrapping, as well as supplying materials for production.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 6S principles.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate/college-level courses or trade school training in a related field.
  • Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
  • Background in extrusion or a related manufacturing process.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Pushing, pulling, lifting at least 30lbs.
  • Hand/eye coordination.
