Position Overview:
Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembly Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Must be flexible to work any assigned shift and be available for overtime and weekends as required by business needs. Candidates should be able to stand and perform tasks for the entire 8-hour shift.
Key Skills:Utilizes both mechanical and electronic measurement tools to verify dimensions of components and initiates corrective actions for programming discrepancies and other issues.
Possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to perform all general functions of the Manufacturing Assembly Specialist, including:
- Drilling
- Sealing
- Fastener insertion
- Varnishing
- Painting
- Countersinking
- Sealing
- Sub-assembly
- Installation of structures
The company will provide appropriate training to ensure employees can effectively perform all necessary job functions, including:
- Interpreting blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assemble and install parts and assemblies according to quality standards.
- Completing required data transactions to facilitate assembly progress.
- Setting up and executing all manual and automated assembly operations, as well as portable machine functions necessary for task completion.
Conducting any required rework, fabrication, and functional testing during or after final assembly.
- Obtaining and managing the correct parts, materials, tools, and assemblies.
- Employing precision measuring instruments to accomplish work assignments.
- Reporting and investigating job challenges such as:
errors in components, assembly methods, tools, and sequences. - Performing routine minor maintenance on machinery as part of daily responsibilities, including tasks such as replacing filters and maintaining lubrication levels.
- Moving products within the manufacturing area and completing necessary transactions to advance products to subsequent operations.
- Supporting the continuous flow of products in the manufacturing process by training and assisting employees across various classification levels.
- Documenting any discrepancies according to specifications and procedures.
- Cross-training in inspection processes and achieving SIA qualification.
Additionally, employees may be assigned other duties and responsibilities as required by management. Training and certification will be provided for any additional tasks as necessary.
