Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at The Sahlman Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your sales territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure you are always ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales or account management role
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
