Key Responsibilities- Support and Care: Provide verbal assistance, partial and/or full physical assistance, and perform personal care tasks as needed, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Community Integration: Assist residents in the community, such as appointments, shopping, and personal outings, using public transportation (free of charge for support staff).
- Behavioral Support: Handle and de-escalate inappropriate behavior from residents, such as verbal and/or physical aggression.
