Job Summary

Cogir at the Quarry is seeking a compassionate and experienced Resident Care Coordinator to join our Memory Care team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop care staff to ensure exceptional care delivery
  • Coordinate admissions and move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date resident records and charting
  • Collaborate with home health agencies to coordinate care planning
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, addressing special needs and concerns
  • Assist with staff training and in-service schedules
  • Supervise the medication room and orders, working with Medication Aides and Caregivers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of senior care experience, including supervisory roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
