Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Systems Analyst to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day application support to our internal customers. This includes coordinating the analysis, development, and implementation of new functionality, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support to internal customers, including troubleshooting and resolving system defects.
  • Coordinate the analysis, development, and implementation of new functionality.
  • Work collaboratively with business customers and other technology specialists to define and support business processes through information technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain support plans, prepare test data, execute test plans, and process test results.
  • Implement new systems, enhance and/or upgrade existing systems, and optimize system performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Clinical, or Business, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of software or hardware experience, including design, configuration, training, or implementing applications.
  • Experience with clinical or business workflow analysis for the development of electronic solutions, preferably in a healthcare operations background.
  • Certifications relevant to supported applications, such as Epic certification.
