Personal Lines Business Development Representative

We are looking for a skilled Personal Lines Business Development Representative to join our team at Hilb Group. In this role, you will proactively manage an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key responsibilities include handling inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, and general insurance questions, as well as managing renewal/expiration lists for assigned books of business.
Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of company systems and offerings, and act as liaison between customers and carriers to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
