**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. This entry-level position involves comprehensive training to ensure your success in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Job Overview:**

As a Retail Sales Professional, you will work hand-in-hand with our retail partners, representing AT&T in a store-within-a-store concept. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage customers and showcase product benefits. Ideal candidates should enjoy connecting with customers, thrive in a dynamic environment, and consistently exceed performance targets through outstanding sales and service.

**Salary and Benefits:**

This role offers competitive hourly pay with uncapped commission opportunities, ranging from $18-$20 per hour, plus commission. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers.

  • Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by providing personalized service.

**Requirements:**

  • A High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
