Little Caesars Store Manager

The Little Caesars Store Manager will report directly to the District Manager of Food Services. This position entails managing daily operations, which include overseeing product preparation, inventory management, staffing, sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and financial outcomes. Additionally, this role requires ensuring adherence to operational standards set forth by the Director of Marketing & Food Services.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
  • Business Casual or Uniform dress code is expected.
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service and employee relations capabilities.
  • Able to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
  • Must be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Adaptable to varying temperature conditions.
