We specialize in assisting U.S. federal clients with tailored training programs, effective capacity building initiatives, and providing specialized advisory services to decision-makers.

This announcement seeks qualified candidates for roles including subject matter expert training instructors, technical instructional designers, training program managers, and administrative support specialists across various fields.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

McCO aims to expand our pool of expert training instructors, instructional design specialists, program management professionals, and training support personnel for anticipated contracts with various U.S. government agencies. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise or interest in the following areas:

  • Security, Peacebuilding, and Diplomacy;
  • Economic Development and Trade;
  • Environmental Conservation and Energy Solutions.

We anticipate a mix of domestic and international opportunities in the following positions:

  • Program Managers
  • Instructional and Curriculum Designers
  • Lead Instructors and Course Coordinators
  • Mentors and Capacity Building Advisors
  • Training Support Specialists
  • Program Assistants with travel coordination experience.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Instructional design and professional training capabilities;
  • Regional or country-specific knowledge;
  • Thematic expertise in priority topics such as conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment;
  • Management skills in program/project management, human resources, finance, and operations;
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

McCO provides a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation is determined based on job requirements, budget availability, and the candidate's experience and skills. Benefits include health insurance, generous paid time off, federal holidays, and performance bonuses. Candidates in contract roles may also qualify for retention bonuses upon successful project completion.
