Role Overview

The Program Manager - Civil, Structural and Architectural Solutions plays a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge data center technologies from initial concept through to production readiness. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with advanced cloud infrastructure solutions and collaborate with exceptional professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative civil, structural, and architectural solutions, guiding them to maturity for global deployment.
  • Assess requirements and implement actions to bridge the gap between concept and readiness for new technologies within our global infrastructure.
  • Facilitate agreement on production readiness items, including integration requirements, financial sustainability, and supplier diversity.
  • Plan for global and regional specifics, including testing, validation, deployment schedules, and other production readiness activities.
  • Collaborate across various teams (Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations) to ensure successful delivery of technologies.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will interact daily with teams responsible for engineering, development, finance, integration, and operation of complex technology programs. You will prioritize tasks to support data center product development, resolve challenges, and focus on actions that significantly impact program success.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
