ManTech is currently seeking a Part Time/On-Call (PTOC) Program Manager with experience as a talented multidomain leader with proven skills to manage a large IT and Cyber Services effort under a contract supporting a global combatant command.

This position begins by working directly with customers to define innovative solutions to their mission problems, then transitions into oversight of execution of a portfolio of these projects, while scouting for opportunities to introduce innovation to ongoing efforts. Initially reporting to the Vice President Marine Corps National Security Division, you will learn how we generate solutions and the internal mechanisms of our solutioning toolbox and our capture process, then transition to an execution leadership role supporting a major program.

This is initially a hybrid work schedule traveling to: Herndon, VA, Stafford, VA, Miami FL, Tampa FL. Upon execution it will require relocation to Miami FL.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Conceptualize solutions across the full spectrum of DoD missions, with a focus on C6ISRT and IT domains.
  • Communicate solutions to our customers and internally to our team. Develop white papers, responses for request for information (RFIs), presentations, and serve as a technical lead or writer on proposals.
  • Analyze RFPs to develop differentiated, compelling solutions compliant to solicitation requirements, federal acquisition process and industry best practices.
  • Assist Capture Managers in developing and communicating differentiated, transformative solutions to customer mission needs.
  • Perform operational analysis of mission requirements and develop execution plans, staff models and task organizations to meet mission requirements.
  • Define and develop systems and enterprise level solutions with systems engineers compliant to industry standards.
  • Evaluate new technology, providing recommendations and solutions integrating said technology.
  • You will be meeting with customers to understand technical requirements, state of current environment, and mission.
  • Analyze customer needs, business and technical requirements to translate into solutions and proposals.
  • Present technical briefings and vet solutions to customer stakeholders
  • Communicate the role and value of the proposed solution to the customer organization and present the business case for technology implementation and/or managed services investments.
  • Develop processes and lead a team in disciplined execution across lifecycle of the program.
  • Our culture includes technical Communities of Practice in advanced technology areas to collaborate across the company. Active participation or leading will be expected.
  • Work in conjunction with other Group and Business Unit Solution Architects to create, maintain and publish methodologies, approaches and best practices in support of ManTech key business areas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Executive Level Business Education, Masters in Operational Planning preferred and4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a master's degree.
  • 2 or more years' experience as a Chief Operating Officer or Chief of Staff supporting a Combatant Command or Component of a Combatant Command.
  • 5 or more years of executive level leadership in both domestic and international environments.
  • Operational Experience in military and combatant command planning and budgeting.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation
