YOUR ROLE (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)...

We are looking for a qualified Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team. In collaboration with care teams, this position will oversee the coordination of care for our clients. You will conduct Intake & Psychosocial Assessments to establish diagnoses, including mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual counseling for substance use to assigned clients in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate group sessions and therapy focused on substance use and addiction issues.
  • Engage in comprehensive team treatment planning and collaborative activities.
  • Work alongside other professionals to ensure that client needs are effectively addressed.
  • Provide education to clients regarding substance use treatment and related issues.

OUR EXPECTATIONS...

  • LICSW, LMHC, LCSW credentials.
  • CDP certification or a Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or a related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Self-driven and independent, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel to various facilities.
